I aggressively defend individuals accused of crimes prosecuted by the State of Texas, including DWI/DUI and drug crimes. While I cannot guarantee a particular outcome, I will work hard on your case to help you receive the fair treatment that you deserve and fight to protect your legal rights. A criminal conviction may result not only in jail and/or fines, but also may result in, loss of employment, loss of a driver’s license, loss of your ability to rent an apartment, loss of your ability to hold a professional license, loss of civil rights, loss of right to possess a firearm, and/or may result in deportation. Specifically, a DWI conviction may affect your ability to get or keep a job and may result in higher insurance premiums, fines, surcharges, and/or jail. Furthermore, an individual has only fifteen (15) days after service of a DIC 25 notice to request an Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing, or have his/her driver’s license suspended on the the 41st day of after being served with the notice of suspension.
In most cases, I charge an affordable flat fee to handle a DWI or drug crimes criminal case. This flat fee includes handling of any plea negotiations and all pretrial matters, including preparation, filing, and hearing of any pretrial motions. In addition, the fee includes representation at any ALR hearings that are requested in your case. Also, if your license is suspended, I may be able to assist you in obtaining an Occupational Driver’s License. If a trial is necessary in your DWI or drug crimes case, an additional trial fee is required. Trial fees vary depending on the circumstances of your individual DWI or drug charge.
I offer flexible payment arrangements and offer weekend/evening appointments for your convenience. If you do not already have an attorney, please feel free to contact me to schedule an initial no cost appointment to discuss confidentially your DWI or drug charge. I am passionate that anyone accused of a criminal offense is entitled to protection of his/her constitutional rights and to a deserves to be treated with fairness and respect. Remember, anyone accused of crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty by the State of Texas.
